I need a co-signer, or someone who would be willing to buy a home in thier name and let me either rent from them or rent to own from them. I had to leave a very abusive husband after 30 years of marriage, I finally got a new start in New Freedom PA. But now we have to move from the home we are renting and I really need to Buy a home. I make good money it's just that the home my husband and I owned together is holding me back from getting a new mortgage. All the houses in this area are either to expensive or just not there.
